[ Thursday, 19 November, 2009; 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. ] In November 2009 the ANAT’s Embracing Sound [ES] Program in partnership with Art Monthly Australia (AMA), will be hosting noted sound arts theorist Douglas Kahn for a national lecture tour to promote the November 2009 issue of AMA, which will also be guest edited by Kahn and entirely dedicated to the arts of sound.

the NOW now series

[ Wednesday, 11 November, 2009; 8:00 pm to 10:21 pm. ] This night sees an ambitious project created by Melbourne’s Rod Cooper - the Vessel - a boat-sized instrument to be played by several musicians simultaneously.
