CONSOLADOR DE DOS CARAS

Wednesday, 27 August, 2008
9:00 pm

FANGS WOUND DOWN - spaced out swathes of massive pyche/drone/shoegaze
ear-flop

Chris Brimstone
– the name is spoken in hushed tones in the dark
corners of the Internet and marijuana-scented haunts of Sydney’s poetry
scene. Is he the next Alan Ginsberg, a coffee-fueled maverick spitting
fractured urban narratives and postmodern sermons? Or is he a pathetic
young man, an emo/goth hybrid with a rhyming dictionary and few Lou
Reed songs? Come down and see for yourself…

Justice yeldham is back and should be back on deck so if you wanna come
chat with australia’s most intriguing cultural export since xxxx and
fosters about what’s happening in the world of glass playing come on
down and buy him a beer.

Every wednesday night club ‘consolador de dos caras’ will be changing
the lyrics of that easybeats classic as
midweek becomes the minds principal night of longing.

$5 9pm til whenever everyone leaves @ la Campana, 53-55 liverpool st,
the spanish 1/4, Sydney.
